All product produced by Bumi Hijau Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. are of the highest quality and certified hygienic. This is due to our highly qualified staff who are widely recognized in food industries.
With the rapid development of cross-border trade due to technological innovation, Bumi Hijau has adapt to the winds of change by improving its manufacturing facilities both in the processing and filling lines including the use of Modern machinery such as “Thermal Oil Machine”, ”Shrink Wrap Machine”, “Capping Machine" and “Labelling Machine”. All these elements have contributed to our increased production capacity which currently stands at 20,000 bottles per day or 5,000 kg of Tomato Sauce, Oyster Sauce and Black Pepper Sauce daily. We can easily increase our production capacity according to market demand.
Innovative and advanced machineries and equipments are constantly sought through
the re-engineering processes. To maintain a competitive healthy level of growth, Bumi Hijau will continue to employ innovative production techniques to its state of the art facilities in manufacturing.
Our products are packaged into three distinct categories according to different bottles sizes such as 340gm, 2 kg and 5 kg. All of them are packaged using high quality material, trendy upmarket design and easy to be carried around. Some of the bottles are specifically designed with different label for delivery to government agencies.
We at Bumi Hijau Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. are always aware of quality and ingredients needed to produce over lasting high quality sauce. Apart from that some of the product are targeting different consumers which ranges from housewives, hawkers, canteens, cafeterias, supermarkets, resorts, hotels and etc.
